  • Most commissions take 3–5 weeks depending on the size and schedule. Commission timeline is always discussed prior to quote confirmation. Client’s are welcome to contact me at any time with inquiries regarding their artworks progress.

  • Sketch fees vary depending on the complexity of the design. The concept sketch establishes the overall composition, subject placement, colour palette, proportions, and major design elements. It serves as the foundation for the final artwork and provides an opportunity to request minor revisions. While It is not a fully rendered image of the final artwork, it provides a clear representation of the artwork’s layout and direction.

  • Minor adjustments can be made during early stages. Major changes after painting begins may incur additional cost. No compositional changes can be made once the sketch is approved. After the sketch has been approved, the design has been finalized. All sales are final due to the nature of original and limited-edition artwork.

  • Commissions are individual to clients as they may include personal or intimate details. Many art pieces are commissioned as gifts to commemorate milestones or celebrate occasions. Client confidentiality is a priority. I respect every clients privacy. Commission details, reference images, and personal information are kept confidential and will never be shared without your permission. Finished artwork will only be displayed publicly with your consent.

  • Please note that commission availability is limited each month and is subject to my current schedule. Expedited commissions requiring completion within two weeks may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability.

  • Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

  • Submit the commission inquiry form with reference photos and details. I am receptive and appreciative towards the clients’ opinions and ideas. When submitting the request form, please consider the following questions:

    Is this a personal commission, or gift for a family member/loved one? Do you have a specific colour palette in mind? How open are you to allowing my creative input? Any text/calligraphy incorporation?

COMMISSION PROCESS

1. CONSULTATION

Once I receive your inquiry, I will confirm pricing, availability, and an estimated completion timeline by email. The vision, artwork size, & any details will be discussed. A non-refundable sketch fee is required before I begin creating the initial concept sketch.

2. CONCEPT SKETCH

A detailed concept sketch will be created for your review. Minor revisions are included at this stage to ensure the composition aligns with your vision. Once the sketch is approved, no major compositional changes can be made.

3. PAINTING PROCESS

After sketch approval, work on the final artwork begins. Progress updates are available upon request throughout the painting process. Additional revisions beyond the approved sketch may incur an extra fee.

4. COMPLETION & DELIVERY

Once the artwork is complete, the remaining balance is due before delivery or shipping. The artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped. Tracking information will be provided when available.
